Mrs. Parsons has lived in the Dimmit and Zavala county areas all of her life. She attended Southwest Texas Junior College and Sam Houston State University, majoring in Business Administration. She and her husband of 48 years, Johnny, have been members of the Co-op since 1990. They own and operate a conservation contracting business, as well as a ranch. She is the mother of a son and daughter, and grandmother of two granddaughters. Priscilla currently serves on the Rio Grande Electric Cooperative Audit, Policy, and Redistricting board committees.
