SmartHub App

The SmartHub App provides members with account management at their fingertips. Members can view their usage and billing, manage payments, notify Customer Service Representatives of account and service issues, and receive special billing messaging.

Member-Consumers who are not enrolled in SmartHub can now make payments on their electric account through the Pay Now feature online. All that is needed is the member name and account number. At present the accepted form of payment is e-check. Simply enter your banking information (routing and check numbers, when prompted.)
