Work Schedule Survey

We understand that employees have a lot on their plate (work, appointments, kids, extracurricular activities, etc.), and trying to juggle those with a work schedule can be difficult at times. Management would like to know your thoughts on what type of work schedule you’d like to see at the Co-op. Below are a few work schedule options for consideration. Please review these choices, and select which option you would like RGEC to consider.

(Please note, all times listed below are in Central time.)

 

Compressed Workweeks

Working four 10-hour days in a week, giving you an extra day off every week. Option for Mondays or Fridays off.

Customized Working Hours / Flextime (6 a.m – 9 a.m.)

Customize operational hours, allowing you a flexible shift to function when you’re most productive, Monday – Friday or Tuesday – Saturday (e.g. 6 a.m. – 3 p.m.; 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.; 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.; or 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.)

Hybrid Year Work Schedule

Normal work schedule, but  starting the 1st business day after Memorial Day and ending of last business day prior to Labor Day the schedule would be 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. (approx. June thru August)

Regular Business Hours Work Schedule

Normal business hours 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
