The SmartHub App provides RGEC members account management at your fingertips. Members can view their usage and billing, manage payments, notify Customer Service Representatives of account and service issues and receive special billing messaging. Android users download the App from Google Play, and iPhones from the App Store, or utilize the QR codes below.

Now report electric outages and check on the status by utilizing the SMS text messaging functionalty from your cell phone. Just text "OUT" to 768482 to report an outage or "STATUS" to check the status of your service during an outage. You must be a registered SmartHub user with an SMS phone number as a Messenger contact. This feature is directly integrated with Rio Grande's Outage Management System.

Member-Consumers who are not enrolled in SmartHub can now make payments on their electric account through the Pay Now feature online. All that is needed is the member name and account number. At present the accepted form of payment is e-check. Simply enter your banking information (routing and check numbers, when prompted.) Click Here to Pay Now
