The search is over! RGEC is pleased to announce that Rocky Vindiola, formerly RGEC Construction Superintendent, was promoted to Area Operations Manager, effective May 1.
Vindiola brings a wealth of experience in the electric utility industry with him. Previously employeed by National Powerline, Rocky started his career as a lineman, so he certainly knows the ropes.
“I want to help improve the infrastructure of this operations area and keep up with needed maintenance,” Vindiola stated.
He and his wife, Stephany, are enjoying Dell City. Rocky said, “It’s just small town living where everybody knows everybody, and that’s what I’m used to. My wife and I love it here, and the people have been so friendly and helpful”.
Vindiola said, “I want to help this community grow, and have a good relationship with people. I want them to see me as the face of Rio Grande, and know that they can come to me with questions and help on anything.”
