Retiring Employees

This month, we say farewell to 3 employees of the Headquarters office, who will be entering the next phase of life’s adventures -- retirement!

Debra Massingill headshotDebra Massingill, Asset Management Coordinator, has 32 years of service to RGEC and its members. She has been a valuable part of the Accounting department. Debra plans to spend more time with her husband, Woody, her grown son and daughter, and their families, including, of course, her grandkids. She will be helping at a family-owned antique store, and looks forward to spending more time at their cabin on Lake Mathis. We wish her well in retirement and hope she catches lots of big fish!

Sherri Elledge headshotSherri Elledge, Custodian, has been with RGEC for 13 years. She began her time with the Co-op as a part-time dispatcher. Custodian really doesn’t cover all she does for us. She is always eager to lend a hand, regardless of the project, and will be truly missed. Sherri will be helping out with a family business venture, and looks forward to spending more time getting to know her nieces, nephews, and their growing families. Of course, she will be accompanied on all her new adventures by her dog, Sophie. We wish her all the happiness in the world in retirement!

Cheryl Juhasz headshotCheryl Juhasz, Communications Assistant, a 9 year veteran of RGEC, started her Co-op journey as Administrative Clerk, but has been a member of the Communications team for all but the first few months. Her talents, willingness to do whatever it takes to get the photo, and sense of humor will be missed. In retirement, Cheryl looks forward to traveling with husband, John, and dogs, Buddy and Dixie Belle, as they spend time visiting their grown children and 20+ grandchildren. We wish her well on her quest for new adventures in retirement!
