Prizes
You’re a winner if your name is called out during the Annual Meeting, and you chat in with your account number during the meeting. Our vendors have generously donated to make sure your annual meeting experience is a rewarding one. Drawings will be conducted for 50 $100 Credit On Account prizes, 10 $250 Credit On Account prizes, 2 $500 Visa Gift Cards, and 1 Grand Prize -- a retired Co-op fleet vehicle.
In order to be eligible to win, you must stay actively logged on during the meeting, and using the chat feature, send us your account number if your name appears as a prize winner. All prizes to be awarded must be claimed during the meeting.
Business
Reports from the Board President, Board Treasurer, and CEO will fill you in on all the important happenings with your Co-op. You’ll meet the scholarship recipients and learn about the Co-op’s community engagement efforts, and meet the recipients of this year’s round of Sharing Success grants, which are made to non-profit organizations.
Question & Answer
A Question & Answer segment, for which questions can be submitted prior to the meeting, will be conducted by CEO Theresa Quiroz. Questions will also be accepted through Chat during the meeting. As many questions as possible will be answered during the meeting, and the remainder will be addressed in the December edition of Texas Co-op Power magazine.
