Ready to take the next step? Please complete the New Contractor Information Request form. This form will ask for a few documents we will need submitted from your company, along with some general information questions, including:

  • A Non-Disclosure Agreement will need to be signed and returned (attached).
  • Contractors Guidelines attached for review
  • A W-9 will need to be filled out and returned to keep on file (attached).
  • RGEC will need a current certificate of insurance naming RGEC as an additional insured.
  • How many crews do you have available?
  • Does your company offer boring/directional drilling?
  • Does your company offer any type of storm recovery services/rates? (please attach storm rates if applicable)
  • Transmission?
  • Distribution?
  • Where is your company based out of?
  • Include a list of projects your company has worked on in the area?
  • List 3-4 trade references (for verification purposes)
  • If available, a brochure or website showing the services your company offers.
